Therapy Dog Training

Therapy dog training with me is an end‑to‑end pathway from kind family pet to reliable visiting partner. I prepare dogs and handlers for certification requirements, focusing on solid obedience, calm handling, and emotional stability. Structured socialization sessions teach dogs to remain gentle and relaxed around children, medical equipment, and unfamiliar environments, while public access training develops quiet confidence in hallways, elevators, and busy lobbies. 

Through targeted skills development, your dog learns appropriate greetings, settling on cue, and coping with surprise. Equally important, I coach you as the handler - helping you read your dog, advocate for their welfare, and interact professionally with staff and clients during visits.
